FVA is pleased to offer a two part professional development series in Volunteer Administration.  This is an enhanced version of the FVA Certificate Program - answering the requests of the Volunteer Administrator like you to continue their growth and knowledge in the field of Volunteer Administration.

Spring 2010 Schedule

A volunteer program has to be built from the ground up to be solid and to flourish. The FVA Certificate Program, Part 1, will give you a blueprint, tools, a foundation, and framing and help you build your program to suit the needs of your organization.

Hosted at the Boler School of Business of John Carroll University, you will learn the foundations of building a successful volunteer program. Instructors from a wide range of background in volunteer administration will conduct coursework with topics such as:
