Santa wants you to help him gear up for another memorable year on the iconic North Pole Adventure™, beginning November 8 through December 21.Volunteering your time and holiday spirit is one of the most generous gifts to give this holiday season . . . plus it ensures a spot on the nice list! Since there is plenty to do and a variety of volunteers needed, Santa sent over these position descriptions to pique your interest.

  • Elves play a crucial role in creating a magical and enchanting experience. Main responsibilities include spreading cheer, laughter and happiness.  Engages with guests and leads festive songs and dance.
  • Santa Claus brings joy and happiness to children of all ages. Visits with guests and listens to their wish lists. Poses with photos and videos.
North Pole Adventure Training
These trainings will cover the overall NPA program, various techniques to effectively engage passengers, and logistics*. All on-train volunteers and Santas are required to attend ONE training session, times & dates listed below:
  • October 11, 17 and 25 at 6:30 pm
  • October 14 and 28 at 10 am
  • Via Zoom on October 10 at 1 pm as well as October 18 and 24 at 5 pm
Santa-specific training is scheduled on:
  • October 12 and 26 at 10 am
  • October 14 and 28 at 9 am
All trainings for on-train volunteers & Santas will be held at Fitzwater Maintenance Yard, 7600 Canal Road, Valley View 44125
