Lisa is the Volunteer Manager at the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH) where she oversees over 1000 adult volunteers and supports 100 teen volunteers. She has had her CVA credential since 2016 and joined the CCVA board in 2020. We are fortunate to have such a nationally recognized professional share her knowledge and wisdom of Volunteer Management Certification with us.
